Couch to 10K program (incorporating a C25K) starting Tuesday 24th June.
Every Tuesday and Friday from 6.30 - 7.30pm at the AVS track in Donegal Town.
Cost for new members: €60 includes training program, insurance and entry to the Eamon Harvey 10K/5K on September 14th 2025.
Current members are free to join in.
